Introduction

In the last few years Marketing has become the functional unit of management that has evolved through synergy with multiple disciplines and techniques. Companies, organisations of the Society of Information and a market in perpetual change, which characterises the economic and social  space of the 21st century, cannot function without Marketing, whatever their market and portfolio of products and services.

Keeping this fact in mind, ISG has designed a Post-Graduate Course of Marketing which provides an education that is advanced and up-to-date in scientific and technical areas of Marketing, which complements and reinforces the knowledge and experiences of professionals.

Objectives

•The course will provide, for reflection, situations that encapsulate problems associated with strategic and operational management of Marketing and the place of the Marketing MIX

•To acquire knowledge in the areas of Marketing Research, which will help in the understanding of the market, customer behaviour as well as other related issues

•To understand the importance of new technologies in relation to customers such as the introduction of Customer Relation Management (CRM) and Database Marketing

•To develop the capacity to design and evaluate a Marketing Plan for a company

Company Owners, top Directors, Executives and Graduates who want to obtain competencies in specific areas of Marketing.
