Companies, organisations of the Society of Information and a market in perpetual change, which characterises the economic and social space of the 21st century, cannot function without Marketing, whatever their market and portfolio of products and services. Keeping this fact in mind, ISG has designed a Post-Graduate Course of Marketing which provides an education that is advanced and up-to-date in scientific and technical areas of Marketing, which complements and reinforces the knowledge and experiences of professionals. Objectives•The course will provide, for reflection, situations that encapsulate problems associated with strategic and operational management of Marketing and the place of the Marketing MIX •To acquire knowledge in the areas of Marketing Research, which will help in the understanding of the market, customer behaviour as well as other related issues •To understand the importance of new technologies in relation to customers such as the introduction of Customer Relation Management (CRM) and Database Marketing •To develop the capacity to design and evaluate a Marketing Plan for a company AccessCompany Owners, top Directors, Executives and Graduates who want to obtain competencies in specific areas of Marketing. Equipment & InstallationsISG has modern facilities and equipment and a very generous area-student ratio in the University campus. The Institute also has an auditorium with a seating capacity for 420 people and two auditoria with seating capacity of 120 each; 24 classrooms, a Library and central archives; a language and self-access centre, IT Department; offices and common-rooms for teaching staff; bookshop and stationery; a bar and canteen; meeting rooms and common room for students.
