A empregabilidade geral do ISG, considerando o número de diplomados entre 2004 e 2015, é de 97% nos cursos de 1º Ciclo (Licenciaturas),com base nos dados da DGEEC.

The 1st Cycle in Human Resources Management from ISG has the duration of 6 semesters/180 ECTS and as main objectives to develop competences in the area of Human Resources operational and strategic management for non/profit institutions, including Public Administration.

This degree, beyond basic management themes like Economics, Management Fundamentals and Information Systems Technologies, as well as Scientific Research Methodologies, includes in depth and practical HRM classical subjects as Recruitment and selection, Carreers, Performance Evaluation and Compensations, complementing those with current subjects as HR Strategic Management, Competences Development, Change Management, Internal Communication, Culture and Identity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Social Responsibility and sustainability. The degree culminates with a Project/Internship duly supported by a Professor from the same expertise area as the internship.

The Faculty members mainly hold PhDs and Masters in the HRM field of expertise, with solid professional and academic experience in many public and private institutions and performing tasks in the area of People Management intervention and different levels of qualification and context.

As estruturas curriculares e os planos de estudos da Licenciatura em Gestão de Recursos Humanos constam do Aviso nº 15498/2011 publicado no Diário da República, 2ª série, nº 150 de 5 de Agosto. Licenciatura Acreditada com duração de 5 anos a 21/06/2011.

Algumas da unidades de crédito desta licenciatura, mostram-se atractivas para outras licenciaturas, na medida em que complementam competências de outras áreas de conhecimento como é o caso das matérias orientadas para os aspectos da Liderança, Cultura, Empreendendorismo e Motivação o que, constitui desafio interessante para ganhar competências transversais e potenciar a empregabilidade.

The students will be capable of mastering the Human Resources administrative, operations and strategic management techniques for profit and non profit institutions, of medium and large size, as well as for public institutions.

The students professional profile when graduated will allow them to gladly enrol in any process related to the human resources management, either in a management position or a technical one, as a consultant in the area.and Compensations, complementing those with current subjects as HR Strategic Management, Competences Development, Change Management, Internal Communication, Culture and Identity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Social Responsibility and sustainability.
