The MBA is structured in accordance with the Excellence model advocated in the ISG, considering a first round of standardization of skills and a second cycle dedicated to advanced materials for excellence. The program was structured to favor the practical component where it will be possible to implement the knowledge acquired by maximizing the learning and at the same time, provide the connection to the professional reality of each individual.

The MBA in Organizational Excellence is aimed at people with management experience or that will pursue management positions. As mentioned earlier, in the design of the same, it has been taken into consideration the need to have two complementary cycles of development.
