Leonor Fernandes has a master’s in Statistics and Information Management from the Higher Institute of Statistics and Information Management in 2000. She graduated in Economics (1990) from the Higher Institute of Economics and Management, where she completed a postgraduate degree in Financial Analysis in 1993. In 2010 she obtained the diploma of Advanced Studies in Statistics and Stochastic Processes at the Instituto Superior Técnico.

Leonor is attending the doctoral program in Statistics and Information Management of the Higher Institute of Statistics and Management Information. Her work concerns with Big Data, Data Mining, Clustering and Statistics.

At Instituto Superior Gestão (ISG), she works since 1995, she is Assistant where is Responsible and teaches Linear Algebra and teaches Fundamental elements of statistics.
